What is this stuff… Olaplex?
The original chemistry that multiplies bonds and cross-links broken bonds.
Olaplex is free of silicone, sulfates, phthalates, DEA, aldehydes, and is never tested on animals. Olaplex reconnects broken disulfide sulfur bonds in the hair. Hair bonds are broken during thermal, mechanical and chemical services.
Olaplex started by finding two of the world’s leading PHD’s in Materials and Chemistry that had never worked on hair products before, Dr. Eric Pressly and Dr. Craig Hawker. With this fresh outlook, this dream team invented a single ingredient chemistry, that is free of silicone or oils, that links broken bonds in the hair during and after chemical services making them stronger than they were before. It may all sound like the same old mumbo jumbo, but check out what top colorists are saying about Olaplex all over social media. As they say, the proof is in the pudding.

Hair products may help to conceal them temporarily, however, only routine maintenance such as small trims every 6-8 weeks will keep your hair healthy, strong, and split-ends free. Don’t neglect split ends if you discover them! If you ignore them, the more shaft of the hair will split. The end of that story is that a rather drastic haircut has become inevitable to get the hair healthy again, with possibly dramatic consequences for you and your looks.
How to prevent split ends?
The best remedy is, of course, keeping your hair nourished and moisturized. Although it is not likely to avoid split ends entirely, here are some steps you can take to minimize them as much as possible:
Love your body, love your hair, and it will love you back
